Donald Edward Brown

Donald Edward Brown, 78, of Erie, PA passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024, at his residence.  He was born on November 25, 1946, in Erie, PA, a son of the late Howard Edward and Doris Gundrum Brown.

Donald served with the United States Air Force from January 1970 until his Retirement as Master Sergeant on August 11, 1992.  He enjoyed woodworking and spending time with family.

He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Karen Sherosky Brown, his son, David W. Brown (Alaina) of Erie, his daughter, Lori L. Smith (Ben) of Elkhart, IN and his sister, Diane Hoganson of Erie.  Also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.  Donald was preceded in death by his brother Robert H. Brown in 2018.

Friends will be received at the W. Tad Bowers Funeral Home, 92 S. Lake St., North East, PA on Thursday, December 26, 2024, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. and are invited to attend funeral services there on Friday, December 27, 2024 at 11 A.M.  Rev. David Kuchta will officiate.
