Linda M. McQueeney

Linda M. McQueeney, 76, of Wesleyville, formerly of Edinboro, passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021, at St. Vincent Hospital.

She was born on August 18, 1945, in Strobleton, PA a daughter of the late Clair and Twila Daum Sliker.  Linda worked in Home Health Care as a Caregiver and was a friend to many.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard G. McQueeney in 1991, two brothers and one sister. Linda devoted her entire life to her family and is survived by her son, Kevin McQueeney and his wife Kristin of Lawrence Park, PA and two daughters, Kelly Cooney of Erie, PA and Kris Schwartz and her husband Stephen, of Beaver, PA.  She is also survived by her 6 grandchildren, Kayla (Adam), Brittney (Nick), Cody, Elizabeth, Joshua (Meghan) and Morgan; as well as four great grandchildren, Shane, Vanessa, Trent and Bella.

Private visitation and funeral services with Rev. David Kuchta officiating were held at the W. Tad Bowers Funeral Home, 92 S. Lake St., North East, PA.  Interment was in North East Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the Benedictine Sisters of Erie, 6101 E.
