Lorraine (Ginger) Nash

Lorraine B. (Ginger) Nash, 82, of North East, PA, passed away with her daughters by her side, on Thursday, January 21, 2021, at Corry Manor, Corry, PA.  

Ginger was born on May 11, 1938, in Syracuse, NY, and was the daughter of the late Thompson Paul and Virginia Isabelle Shaw Brunish.

She was a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church and Shiloh Chapter #153 O.E.S., both in North East and was Past Queen of the Daughters of the Nile, Temple 140.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard R. Nash, in 2005.  Ginger is survived by her daughters Donna Burnham (Rick) of North East and Susan Carlson of Jamestown, NY, a son Richard P. Nash (Tracy) of Utah, and her sister, Bette Jean Brunish of Amhurst, NY.  She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and 4 step-great-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are under the care of W. Tad Bowers Funeral Home, 92 S. Lake St., North East.  Due to current pandemic guidelines, a private family graveside service will be held in the spring.

Memorials may be made to the Shriner Hospital for Children, 1645 W 8th St, Erie, PA, 16505 or any local North East Charity.
