Richard Tom Hall

Richard T. Hall, 71 of North East, PA passed away on Monday, January 10, 2022. He was born in Erie, PA on February 11, 1950, son of the late Thomas B. and Minnie (Fisher) Hall.

Tom spent his adult life working many vineyards in both North East and Harborcreek. As a devoted husband he retired early from Just Floors Inc. to care for his ailing wife. Tom was a simple man who loved listening to others, going for rides in the car, fishing, and sitting in his lawn chair enjoying the sunshine. Tom adored his family and especially delighted in all the accomplishments of his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed but is now at peace and reunited with the love of his life Sandy.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Sondra (Roskie) Hall. Tom is survived by his son Theodore Roskie and his wife Tonya of North East, PA, daughter Melissa Arnold of Erie; four grandchildren, Britteny Roskie, Allyson Underhill (Jake), Larry Arnold, Lizzy Arnold; one great-granddaughter, Georgia Underhill; siblings, Charles Hall (late Kathy) of Erie, Larry Hall of Missouri, Douglas Hall (Annie) of Harborcreek, Linda Gibbens (Donald) of Arkansas and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are under the care of the W. Tad Bowers Funeral Home, 92 S. Lake St.  North East, PA.  Private services will be held at the convenience of his family.  Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.  To send condolences, please visit www.bowersfuneralhome.com.
