Sharon Louise Scarem

Sharon Louise Neely Scarem 81, of Findley Lake, NY went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 5, 2025. 

Sharon was born in Erie, PA on March 21, 1943, a daughter of the late James Neely and Rowena (Dench) Neely Grant. She was a graduate of McDowell High School. On August 4, 1962, she married the love of her life, Paul R Scarem.

She enjoyed spending time with her family, eating out, cooking family recipes, playing cards and going for drives. She was the historian for the Town of Mina for many years.

Sharon was preceded in death by her husband, parents and sister Judith Scully.

She is survived by her children Brett Scarem (Jenn), Kimber Huntley (Rob), Trevor Scarem, her grandchildren Nick Heslink (Anne), Amanda Heslink (Scott), Ashley Scarem, Jared Huntley, Amelia Huntley, Brett Caden Scarem, great grandchildren Ethan, Logan, Hailey, Marissa, Donald, Bentley, great great grandchildren Vada, Ayvah and many beloved nieces and nephews.

A private celebration of life will be held in her honor.
